Is it possible to develop a vehicle that can go windward, propelled only by wind? Tricky, a challenge for student teams from all over Europe. At the unique European Wind Turbine Race in Holland, they pit their self-made vehicles against each other. One of the great hopefuls is the Ventomobil of Stuttgart University.
